Im trying to run a video game, designed for Windows. Im trying to run the ISO of the game CD, with Wine 1.0.
Problem is: the only thing I can access is the autorun main window. When I click on "Install" button, the main window closes and nothing happens. I've tried to run the game in a shell :
wine xxx.iso
But same problem. i ve got no error message when the window crashes.

Your mounting technique looks OK, but check the permissions (mounted via sudo, so other users' access may be limited). You can control access by specifying the uid/gid and umask in the options list.
Next step is to configure WINE to use that mounted iso as the E: disk. Hopefully your stuff just runs then. Have a look at the tips on the WINE and CrossoverOffice websites.
Easiest way to run iso in Wine is burn it to CD.
This is because wine tries to detect real CD-roms and extracts label/serial number information using direct access to CD-device. Unfortunately, wine has problems doing so with mounted cd-images (information is really dated, situation could change in the past), also last time I checked CD-related options in winecfg were broken and there were problems with specifying drive label and serial number.
