This is the problem I'm running into right now.

glibc-2.2.5-34.i386.rpm RedHat 7.3 2.2.5 34 i386
____^^^^^
2.3.x = winex

What I need:
glibc-2.3.2-4.80.6.i386.rpm RedHat 8.0 Updates 2.3.24.80.6 i386
____^^^^^

Red Hat 8.0 supports glibc 2.3.

A good question. What would I have to do to upgrade my Red Hat 7.3 to 8.0?

I want to be sure I did things right my end before I reconclude winex is not going to work for me ATM.
