Question windows 2k server/linux - dual boot

hi! I installed windows 2000 server in the primary master disk.. and then installed linux on the primary slave disk (which also contains some FAT32 partitions)..

I wanted to use GRUB as the boot loader, but i don't know how. can anyone point me to resources on this? or porbably post the answer here? thanks
