WindowMaker windows appear in specific workspace?

Is there a way to make WindowMaker open windows in a default workspace?

When I start up WindowMaker, I like to have many programs open up so that I don't have to do a lot of work. For example, I would like it to open my mail program, web browser, RSS reader, and GAIM all at once. Granted, I can do this with autostart but this forces all the programs to open in the first workspace.

Anyone offer any advice? I think you could this with with FVWM but I'm not sure how to do it in WindowMaker.

Thanks!
