windowmaker restarts when pressing Alt-Tab

I hope someone can answer this. When I press Alt-tab, it should rotate through the current windows on my desktop. Instead, it restarts WindowMaker, as if you went to Exit> Restart Windowmaker.

It's rather annoying. This works successfully when I'm connected via vnc remote desktop but only when using display 1 or higher.

Any suggestions on how to get Alt-Tab to work correctly?

I've checked the keyboard shortcuts and Alt-tab is assigned to rotate through the windows.

Thanks!
