Window Maker: making a launcher

Hello

I have just installed window maker (http://www.windowmaker.org/) as my window manager.

I cannot work out how to add a launcher to the desktop. I would like to make a launcher which one can double click which shuts down the computer.

How does one add a launcher?

why not add it to a menu?

adding a wmaker menu is EASY-PEASY.
