Hi... firstly, if you are installing on the same hard drive (which isn't encouraged), or if you have installed Linux into a second hard drive (encouraged), i assume that you have made a boot-up diskette...
as to your problem specifically, please set your CMOS settings' boot up sequence to boot from A: drive first then C: drive(assuming your windows is installed on C: )...
slip in your Linux boot-up floppy disk and restart the computer...
it should work...
