Win scp throwing up erro

I had this working last week not a problem

now tried it again today and winscp is throwing this error at me

Received too large (540094778 B) SFTP packet. Max supported packet size is 102400 B.

The error is typically caused by message printed from startup script (like .profile). The message may start with " 11:".
