i've used 1.5 before on slackware, but i recently decided to try Arch linux. i went out to getfirefox.com and grabbed firefox, but for some reason my fonts all look screwy, like they're not antialiased or something. here's a screenshot: http://img381.imageshack.us/img381/6...eenshot3xd.png i don't understand what's up because everything else seems to be working fine, fontwise.
well, i've tried a few things concerning fonts under edit --> preferences --> content in firefox, if that's what you mean. it doesnt seem to matter what font or size, they all look bad.

in the address bar and then in the Filter field write "freetype". It will filter out everything about the freetype settings of your firefox.
By double-clicking on an entry you can change it to "true" to enable it. So try to enable freetype support to see if your fonts improve.
