why i am not installing development toolchain under fedora 11

i am tring to install arm-elf-tools-20030314 under fedora linux.
when i give the command like
sh arm-elf-tools-20030314.sh under /usr/src.
i am login as root
it give me error like:

tail:can not open '+43' for reading:no such file or directory.
gzip:stdin:not in gzip format
tar:does not look like a tar archive
tar: exiting with failure status due to previous errors

i also not know ,how i think that development toolchain is completed installed.
waiting for reply.

If you remove the first 43 lines from the file and save it as "arm-elf-tools-20030314.tar.gz" you can list and extract contents. That's not the right way to do it (so perform steps in the first 43 lines manually) and the tarball seems corrupted as listing contents exits with

Best inform the developer(s) providing it or search a newer version?

well i would not expect a binary from 2003 ( 7 years old) to install or run on Fedora 11 or 12
