White line around panel

I have a black background set for my panel in KDE and there is a white border that runs along the edge of it. I was wondering how, if possible, could I remove this?

There is an option if you go into your window manager settings. In KDE it is in Control center. SEarch for window manager and ther should be an option. Can't really remember what it is called. It's been a while since I used linux.

I have discovered that the white line around the panel gets it's color from whatever the window background color is set to.
