White box update issues
 

hey guys, i'm new to this form and to linux, just kinda need some help from someone alot smarter than me. i have installed white box linux and everytime i try to use the u2dater for it, no mattter witch mirror i tell it to you ( i have changed to most of the ones that can be found under vi souces) it still just freezes and never updates, just kinda contiously searches for updates.?? any suggestions.

If you are using Respin 1, try updating with yum.

yum update
yum upgrade

Also if you are using the version prior to Respin 1, yum ( or even apt for that matter) can be installed.

I also had trouble with up2date on whitebox and fedora.
