Which script calls the X11 program on RedHat 8.0?

I am running RedHat 8.0, kernel 2.4.18-14.
I would like to disable the x11 tcp port by running Xserver -nolisten tcp.

I would like to change the script that calls the Xserver program

in this case it's a resource file. Don't know the name, but the entry is in one of the files in /etc/X11. Recursively grep for it I'd say...
