Which Issue Tracking System?

I want to set up an issue tracking system at work (a bug tracking system may do just as well). Because my users are unable to remember more than one set of credentials, I need the users to be able to authenticate against Active Directory.

I've been playing around with RT which looks great, but I've found it a nightmare to get AD authentication working.

What is the easiest system to get working with AD authentication? I'm talking 'ticking a box and entering a domain controller's IP' kind of easy, but I am prepared to do a little more work than this if necessary.

Thanks.

In my opinion getting any non-MS system talking to AD is a pain. I use gForge it claims it can talk to AD; but, I make my users suffer and ensure they have more than one password so I'm unable to elaborate on ease of set-up.
