I don't think the distro wil make the difference.
They are both good.
I use debian so debian is ok
others will use centos and say centos
It's really up to you, use the distro you know the best.
Debian has the advantage that you can do a much smaller install out of the box, without eg X server support if you won't be logging in to the machine. I also prefer Debian's package manager. But CentOS is still a good choice, and commercial support is more readily available with only a small switch to Red Hat.
Thank you for your answuars.
I know better debian and I use to work with debian. but I have heared about centos is more stable and consume less recourse and was better for web server, that's why I ask you if I need to learn centos if I want to get more stable OS and or debian is OK.
Also I see a lot of comercial web servers that has centos as OS.
Wait for more opinions.

I would not be surprised if many people choose Centos because it is RPM based, like Fedora and Red Hat. FC and RH have become a de facto standard which is (also) caused by back-ups like good paid support and certification.
Never mind this, Debian Stable is very, very stable and definitely doesn't use more resources or is a more heavyweight installation than other mainstream distros.
If you are familiar with Debian, by all means use it. The advantage you have bein experienced with Debian outweighs any Debian specific disadvantage, if any.
