Post where will i get source code for linux packages ?


where will i see source code for linux packages or linux commands ? I just want to see , how are they coded that..

Commands come with packages. Like ifconfig belongs to package netutils.
If you wish to see the source code get the rpm. Install it. You can see the source code in
/usr/src/redhat/SRPMS or
/usr/src/redhat/SOURCES
