Where to get obj_mac.h file ?

Hi, When i try to compile my c program, the following error comes: <openssl/obj_mac.h> not found.

How do i get this obj_mac.h file? I have no idea what this file is, and how to create/download this file.
Please help!

If you are using a debian/ubuntu style system, you should install the libssl-dev package.

Code:
sudo aptitude install libssl-dev

Thanks jhwilliams for your prompt reply. I am using RHEL5.6 and i do not have yum server installed on my system due to some restrictions. Can you tell me how can i install it without yum server? Also i am unable to find libssl-dev package on my system (in add/remove software packages).

The Redhat package name is : openssl-devel
>>> The package is on your install DVD.

If you ask Redhat for the package :
The runtime package "openssl" will also have to be reinstalled,
to fit the new updated openssl-devel-0.9.8e-22.el5_8.1.<arch>.rpm

.
