Where is the mplayer executable?

I downloaded all the RPMs for Mplayer I could find and installed in /usr/local, along with codecs in /usr/lib.

Which file is the executable so I can try it and see what dependancies I am missing?

What distro are you using?

There may be a package management system that will take care of the dependancies and install the program for you.

If it is Fedora, try
Code:
yum install mplayer
I hope this helps
