where is aterm?

I'm trying to install aterm. I did the usual

$ ./configure

$ make

$ su
$ password: ********

# make install

And I cant find an aterm executable at all. Any idea what's going on. Yes I searched my whole filesystem for it, either its not there or I didnt see it and its somwhere stupid and non-obivous.

I tried looking at the Makefile but that was a little bit too time consuming to figure out. So anybody know where aterm is supposed to be located?

mine is in /usr/bin/aterm

open a terminal and type:

whereis aterm

and it should list where it got installed to.

you can also download the .tgz file for aterm from linuxpackages.net
and install it using "installpkg aterm*.tgz" as root.

either way, if it's installed, you should be able to run it from a run command or a terminal by typing "aterm" in either.
