Question Where does kjots keep its notes?

Not settings but notes. What file (if I need to back it up)?

You should be able to import and export them (been years since I looked at kjots, went to basket a while back) if not they're files that end in the extension .book

Try this from your home directory:
Code:
find . -iname *.book -print
to find their location.

Look in ~/.kjots/
You should also take a look at tomboy if you like to make notes.
