My mail system tentative frequently sends out "Returned Mail: Message Could Not Be Delivered" error to my users.
For some reason, i has sent miscellaneously to users. However, some of that notifications it delivered were legitimate so i could not simply filter it. I wish to know where exactly does this account embed in the Linux system, i am sure it does not belong to the mail services (i am using SCALIX), but somehow SCALIX is utilize it to send notifications.
I am just wondering if i can edit the default system account of LINUX system to an administrator account which i have actually created on the mail SCALIX, not an account defaulted in linux.
I just need to know where exactly does this account come from within a linux system, because it is there the moment the OS was installed.
Please advise on this matter, thanks for taking time reading through !
