Where did RedHat 8.0 put kpackage?

Where did the kpackage program go in RedHat 8.0. I have reinstalled the kdeadmin package, searched the hardrive, and the internet for any possible clues as to its whereabouts. The included program (Packages) really, really, REALLY sucks!

Thanks: Dennis

Yeah, its already installed. This is the "Package" that isn't very good. I'm not able to specify a particular rpm or view the specs on a package with this program. What I'm looking for is a program like kpackage for KDE or gnorpm for gnome.
