Question Where can I find instuctions for the Wipe file deletion program

Does anyone know where I can find instuctions for using the Wipe file deletion program? I have tried the home page (wipe.sf.net), and doing -u and -h, but I was looking for something a bit more user-friendly.

Thanks,

Andrew

That's "instructions" that I want - advice on where to find the "R" key would be helpful too...
