Where are KDE keyboard shortcuts Alt-F1 Alt-F2 Ctrl-F12 defined?

Where are KDE keyboard shortcuts Alt-F1 (Menu), Alt-F2 (Execute command) & Ctrl-F12 (Widget Dashboard) defined?
I've looked in System Settings -> Shortcuts and Gestures and they are not there. I know Alt shows as Meta.

Thanks,
Jim

1. Open System Settings
2. Click on the final item of the first section (Common Appearance and Behaviour) which is called "Shortcuts and Gestures"

Have you checked? That is where *most* of the shorcuts are configured, but not the ones in question.

You have to look long and hard in the shortcuts configuration tool! Different types of shortcuts are listed under different headings. The following is a starting point: you have to look long and hard for KDE documentation too.

I failed to notice the scroll bar in the Components menu. Thanks for waking me up.
