What you use to convert .avi/.mpg to .mp4 in linux?
 

I usually use Imtoo convertors in Windows, but now that I don't have Windows, I don't know which software to use to convert .flv , .mov, .avis , etc to .mp4

Is there any free software for this ? It will be good if you can scale the resolution and the framerate too
