Hi Advice Pro, Is this the Windows or Linux version of Avast? Typically with files moved to the chest or quarantine as it's sometimes called in other anti-virus solutions you just delete them if you're sure you don't have a false positive. You can also send them in for analysis before removal. Hope that helps.
