Question What to do with *.src.rpm?

This may be a no-brainer but I'm stumped.
I've installed from source and I've installed from rpms but what do I do with this file:?

libxml2-2.5.10-5.src.rpm

rpm -ih returns something like this:

warning: libxml2-2.5.10-5.src.rpm: V3 DSA signature: NO KEY...
########################## [100%]

but does not appear to have done anything else.
It is, obviously, immune to ./configure etc

You would use rpmbuild to actually build the binaries, after making any mods you want to the source of spec file, and you can then install the binary RPM. The source and other files should be in /usr/src/redhat.
