what software for network design?

hello,

I need to draw network scenarios and wondered what open source software would best fit in this catagory. I am looking for a software not requiring much practice and also offering built in icons for network types of drawing like pcs, switches, routers, hubs etc.

'dia' would fit the bill nicely.
