Question What proxy (soft) to listen internet radio?

Hello all,

What should i use to listen radio on internet? I've search google but don't know what exactly to look for... I "think i need" something extremely light, just some sort of gateway (i connect to a port and it establish another connection to the server i want). We have blocked ports so trying to connect to 8080 or 8000 won't work so I wan't to install this software proxy on an computer to which i have access.

At this moment i don't really need that anymore, but "tomorrow" i may need it again. And of course i don't want to overlook it because who knows when i may need something similar.
