What is the KDE 4.0 dbus-send command to restart the panel (Klauncher?)

In KDE 3.x, it was dcop kicker kicker restart
What is it here? I know it involves dbus-send, but that's it

Woops.. I'm not actually sure that klauncher is the panel. It's the panel I'm trying to restart.
