what is a good webpage editor like dreaweaver for fedora? is there a dreamweaver like software for fedora?

Something like a web editor is no going to be specific to Fedora.

Programs for Linux include Bluefish, Nvu, Quanta, and the editors that are built into some integrated suites that include web browsers. Google will find more examples.

I'm not aware of a direct replacement for Dreamweaver, but Dreamweaver can be used with WINE/Crossover.

I personally favor the "smart editor" approach--eg Bluefish.

If you have java installed on your system, try Aptana Studio.
