You can run some windows games under cedega and wine, but a few great ones have linux binaries:

Neverwinter Nights
Unreal Tournament 2004
Doom 3

Neverwinter Nights and UT2004 have worked better for me under linux than windows.

Cheers.

Off the top of my head: Return to Castle Wolfenstien, America's Army, Doom 3, Quake 3 Arena, Unreal 2004.

More if you try Windows emulation (Cedega). More smaller ones. More if you look for yourself.

Check out this site: http://lokigames.com/ - The company's dead but they porting a bunch of good games before they did.

Also this site: http://www.linuxgamepublishing.com/ they're actually still functioning and are porting even more games to Linux.

And here: http://www.happypenguin.org/ has news and a really comprehensive listing of games.

Hope this helps.
