Welcome to LQ.

Buggy version of snort-inline ? ?
Or using the wrong autotools ?
Try 'snort_inline-2.6.1.5' , which is OK.
http://snort-inline.sourceforge.net/download.html

Please tell, which OS you are using, when a question is asked.
Name and version, please.
And the version of the application in question.
