What are the cool panels in these screenshots?
What WMs or DEs & what panels are in this screenshot, and this one? I like the look of them. (For function and looks I like tint2 panel, which I'm using in CrunchBang, but these ones are even cooler looking.)
Someone shared the links them on IRC, and I didn't learn the source. It's Arch, from the logo, but that's all I know. |
I don't know, but they do look awesome. I'll replace my gnome2 panel in a snap for those. What I see is it's using nautilus elementary, and one of the icon themes I've used some time, but forgot the name. Sorry I could not help more, I'll stay subscribed cause those themes kick ass. Where did you found them?

I agree I would like to know more :)

Perhaps it's tint2, but I don't know for sure.

The panel on the bottom of the first screenshot is tint2, I think conky is displaying the system stats. On the second screenshot there is conky on the top for stats/weather, the bar on the bottom I can only guess to be lxpanel or xfce4-panel. But i don't know for sure.

Those are some very good desktop setups. The first one does look like tint2 panel. I'm not sure about the second one. I like the second one background and theme, a nice matchup.

This can be done with plasma, also with AwesomeWM with some work. But those screenshot are not using them.
