What's wrong with gtk?

When I start the system-config-services, it returns these:
Code:
[root@localhost root]# system-config-services
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/sbin/system-config-services", line 27, in ?
    import gtk
ImportError: No module named gtk
I have installed the python-2.4.2.
Why, who can help me?
