wget splitted my ISO file

Hi all
Two days ago, I tryed to download OpenSUSE 10.3 from it's site, using wget. I've selected DVD iso, and it started downloading. The file size is 4 GB.
Now after two days, I have two files:

openSUSE-10.3-GM-DVD-x86_64.iso (2593004197 bytes)

openSUSE-10.3-GM-DVD-x86_64.iso.1 (4363677696 bytes)

What is the second file? Why the main iso file is only around 2 GB? Do I have to do anything for having ISO image?

your dowqnload failed and you restarted, without using the -c option to continue. delete the first one, use the 2nd one.
