Weird xmgrace problem:Missing import data options

I am running fedora 12 with the newest version of lesstif installed, and built successfully, at least I thought, xmgrace 5.1.22, only to try to import data and find that the all of the option buttons in the gui are missing.

I was just wondering if anyone else had a similar problem, and maybe a solution? I can post the config.log if it will help.

I can't even ./configure grace with a good result in Fedora 12.
But a 5.1.22 package is available : grace-5.1.22-1pclos2007.i586.rpm

And two small dependencies ..
