Weird Issue with PHP=MYSQL install Being Recognized in Apache

Ok I'm pulling my hair out on this one. I'm running Centos 5.4 OS and installed PHP originally wiithout Mysql. I went back in and install PHP-Mysql and at the command line interface shows the configuration to be correct yet the Apache if you look at the same info at from a command prompt at the and compare it to the web page info.php, noting that the config-line says '--with-mysql=shared,/usr' while the Apache version of the same product says: '--without-mysql'

http://bswebservdev.suitesmart.com/includes/info.php

It's like Apache is pointing to some other PHP configuration but there is only one install on the server.

I've also restarted Apache to see if that changed anything but it did not.

Anyone see this before?
