weird error with APT

i'm using FC3. whenever i upgrade using APT, i get this error message:

/sbin/ldconfig: File /usr/lib/libkdeinit_kwrite.so.#prelink#.sEx2pq is empty, not checked.

however, the files continue to install normally and everything works fine. i just want it to go away. does anyone have any ideas?

Same here on slackware

I just ran "swaret --upgrade" and now I get all these error-messages:
/sbin/ldconfig "some directory" is truncated of in not empty, not checked
when booting

Does anybody know what this means and how to prevent this?

Thanx.

<edit>
