website monitoring software
 

Hello,

I would like to know if anyone knows/is using a website monitoring tool. I'm looking for a software that can create alerts and reports such as pingdom.com, monitor.us, to detect downtime etc.

This is not to monitor a LAN server, I want to monitor an external public website.

I know Nagios is a LAN/Server monitor but surely it can be used to monitor ping and HTTP on the required web-servers???

I've used Nagios for that.
