website design for ubuntu

I just brought up ubuntu. I have suse 10.2 and ubuntu but chose ubuntu. I have been designing webs with frontpage on Win2000. I have dropped windows altogether on my Linux machine. I found a multi-platform software package which supposedly works on Linux caled Web Design Studio 4 Is this a good package for complex web design or does sommeone know of a better package and where can I get it. What are some opinions for my choice of ubuntu over suse 10. Thank you.

Web authoring SW is not dependent on the choice of distro. Linux is Linux.

Frontpage is widely reported to be the worst web authoring tool on the planet. It should not be hard to get you going on something better in Linux.... I like Bluefish, but it is not a WYSIWYG. The most common WYSIWYG is Nvu. I have also heard that Dreamweaver will run in WINE / Crossover.

I solved the Ubuntu / SUSE dilemma by installing PCLinuxOS... Seriously, they are all VERY close. My only opinion is that it is your decision.

WYSIYG editors make really crappy code, if you are serious in web-designing you should code your web pages by hand
