In most cases I've looked into, the apps which use MySQL supply the needed modules, if they exist. In some cases, you can get optional modules from the source of the app. You might try the Apache website for documentation and MySQL modules.
You might also look into using Webmin, a web-based system admin tool, which includes modules for installing and configurig Apache. Webmin usually has a tabbed display, such that if there are modules to be loaded, there is a tab labeled 'Modules' that you can click on to see which modules are available on your system. If you don't have a necessary module, you may be able to find it at the Webmin website.
