Webmail

Recently we changed our ISP. I host my own email and web server. I got everything switched over so the email and web site is working. I still have not been able to use my webmail. I am using squirmail. I am not sure if there is a setting that I need to change or what I need to do.

Are you hosting your own webmail, or are you _using_ a webmail system for email access?

Traverse into the webmail folder on your server and type:
./configure
Poke around in there and you might find the setting that needs to be changed.

I am using squirrelmail. What directory would the webmail be listed under?

Lets see, I have used Mandriva/Mandrake on all of my mail servers. I can tell you that the directory for squirrelmail was found in /var/www/html/<whatever I named the directory>

When you access your webmail, take a look at the address you type in. Squirrelmail runs under your web directory, so traverse to there, and then move deeper into the directory structure based on the address you type in your browser (i.e. http://MoMule.is.great.com/mule/webmail - I would go into /var/www/html/mule/webmail to find my webmail files.

Hope this gets you started,
