webalizer error

Hi all,

I just searched about 10 Google pages on this issue and need a fast reply at this point...

Here is the error I get after running

>[root@xxxx ~]# webalizer access_log.1213660800
....
Warning: Truncating oversized request field
Warning: Truncating oversized request field
Warning: Truncating oversized referrer field
Warning: Truncating oversized referrer field
Warning: Truncating oversized referrer field
....

Anyone have a clue on what's wrong with the access_log file ?

the request string was presumably illegally long and wasn't able to be written to the log.

not sure how hard you googled... there seems to be many many identical questions out there... http://www.webhostingtalk.com/archiv...hp/t-9426.html

Obviously, I had googled hard enough...Read that thread...Solution is oriented for cron job type...I just want to run the analysis once.
