web server, unable to view test page


hi
i maintain redhat server 9.0. this is rather strange thing i am facing with.
i am not able to view even the test page from other IPs.
any configuration to be changed.
i am to view it from localhost.

also after installing apache using the toolbox with php, tomcat connector, it says the following message when i try to start it:

jk would not start-error.
what must i do, what is the problem.

First this:

1- Your apache is running?
2- On which port?
3- Your /etc//host properly set up?
4- Are you sure the page you see is not cached?
