web interface for adding,deleting,changing password
 

I just wanna ask if someone knows a program that has a web interface and has a features such as adding,deleting users as well as changing password.

If none, does anyone knows a program that can interact with a script. A java page or apache+php perhaps? I can create script for those features but my problem is how can I integrate it to a GUI.

How about Webmin?

My concern about webmin is there's a lot of features that he doesn't need to modify (Not unless those features can be remove and only add/delete user is available features). I'll check this out if I can remove those features.

You can create an account for your user / junior sysadmin, and give him access only to the needed modules.

I'll check this out.
