web-based email client (pls suggest)

Hi! I am looking for a web-based email client. The features I am looking for are:
1. Multiple email accounts
2. Pop and Imap protocols
3. Send email via smtp (securely, TLS or SSL)
4. Secure transaction between the email client and the web browser.

The email client will be installed on a Red Hat Server. I want to use the email client through web interface as if I am using normal email client on my computer. Thanks.

Note: The server is perl, java, php, mysql, cgi, and ssl capable. Web server is apache of course.
