wc3 + cedega on laptop

although i know that onboard video doesn't really run very well.
im more than sure that warcraft 3 should run fine.
the problem is that when i try running warcraft 3 or it's exp Frozen Throne it goes in correctly and i see the intro videos, but when the main menu should come up it just crashes and leaves me on one of those weird configured desktops with the resolution all messed up.

my laptop is a 700m from dell, with the following specs:

pentium m 1.7ghz
1gb ram
64mb share video (intel extreme graphics 855)
60gb hd
i am running suse 9.3
