Alright, I got the httpd problem sorted out and now I'm running into a huge problem with my ftp server. Please help me with the following.
1. I cannot login to my FTP server via another computer over the network or through my DNS. Every time I try, it gets to 'entering PASV mode' then stops there. I have my SELinux disabled currently (since just disabling it for vsftpd didn't work) and I have taken a look at the .conf file and it seems to be fine. In fact I think the .conf file is identical to when I first installed vsftpd at the moment.
I have tried logging in through
ftp://localhost and it worked fine. I could send and recieve files okay. It only seems to be when I go through something that is not a local user.
2. When I try to restart the vsftpd service using the graphical service manager that comes with FC4, it just stops up. I click 'stop' and it stops. I click 'start' again and the thing just keeps working. I've left it on for hours and nothing has happened. Each time I do this I have to 'Force Quit' the graphical service manager. This is the same if I click 'restart'. It just comes up with the loading cursor and doesn't stop 'loading'.
This is my vsftpd.conf file in txt format:
http://t.game-host.org/vsftpd.txt
Running Fedora Core 4 and the latest version of vsFTPd. Connected through a d-link di-604 router which is configured to forward port 20 and 21.
Thanks for helping me before, guys.
