vsftp power user

Hi All,

I got vsftpd to work, together with some usergroups and users, with their maps.

However, I , as a serveradmin, would like to be able to create a power user, that can go into each and every map, without overwriting the already existing ftp-users and their rights..

How do you create a 'power user'?
